Minimalists often understand spiritual health more easily than most simply because they already seek to live a life of meaning and purpose. What do minimalists do to grow in their spiritual health? Make Spiritual Health a Priority

Although we often mention spiritual health last when we list off the key areas of holistic health, it is actually arguably one of the most vital. Without purpose and direction in one’s life, there is very little reason to have physical, mental, and emotional health. You do not necessarily want someone who will always tell you, you are right, but rather someone who will give you proper guidance and growth moments when you are experiencing a particular fork in the road.

Once you have established a relationship with your mentor, it is important to meet with them regularly in order to constantly foster and encourage your spiritual growth.
